A humble building from the street, Northcliff Gap captivates every heart once you walk through the front door. The open-plan kitchen and dining area that open up onto the decking with the infinity swimming pool and the braai area with the pizza oven: all of this topped up with the breath-taking views of the valley below makes you forget about the maddening pace of the city and feel like you are on holiday!
The kitchen is fully stocked and has a full-size freezer/fridge, Smeg gas stove with oven, microwave, and a bean coffee machine that makes lattes and cappuccinos, etc. There is plenty of crockery and cutlery and the small scullery off the kitchen has a dishwasher and a washing machine for your convenience.
The outside lounge has a gas braai and a wood-burning pizza oven. The deck area has four pool loungers and a large umbrella to enjoy those warm days by the pool. There are three safes on the property for your safety and convenience.
The property is divided into three self-contained levels:
Upper Level: accessible via the front door stairway from the driveway, the entire upper level of the house is for your exclusive use.
Middle/street level: accessible through the garage, has an office space used by the owners, hence the garage and the office are for the owner's use only.
Lower level: accessible through the side gate, has a caretaker’s flat.
There are 3 well marked parking bays designated for our Guests. We ask you to please respect the privacy of the Middle and Lower level residents/users and not park in front of the garage or side gate.
Should you require transport to or from OR Tambo/Lanseria airports or to be collected from the Gautrain in Sandton or Rosebank, we can do so by special arrangement. Please enquire regarding this service ahead of time.
